Florida police to issue update Wednesday on January slaying of Toronto couple

Police in Florida say they?ll provide important updates Wednesday on the slaying of a Canadian couple in January at their winter home.

Hallandale Beach police say they have new information in the deaths of a Toronto couple ? 66-year-old Rochelle Wise and her husband, 71-year-old David Pichosky.

The bodies of Wise, a popular former day camp director and educator, and Pichosky were found on January 10th in their winter home in Hallandale Beach.

Wise and Pichosky were scheduled to meet neighbours for lunch, but when they did not hear from the couple, the neighbours went to check the home and found the couple inside.

Police have not released the cause of death.

Last month, police released video from a neighbour?s surveillance camera hoping to identify a woman seen walking to the rear of the couple?s home on January 9th.
