Scottish 25?s are a very popular drill for soccer teams all around the world. TSCers, start with two cones 25 yards apart, you have to go down and back in 10 seconds and then recover for 10 seconds. Repeat this cycle for 4 minutes. As your fitness increases you should start moving the cones further apart. Ladies, start with your cones 20 yards apart and move them progressively further apart.
