The filings allege Proffitt broke into The Greens golf course at 14000 E. 83rd Street North on July 4 and forced six children between the ages of 8 and 16 to joy ride golf carts at 1:30 a.m. He?s accused of driving a golf cart on a public roadway while intoxicated and thereby endangering his 8-year-old passenger, according to the documents.
